Tadpoles, ducks (and some claims of snakes and turtles) during our hike along the streambed at Kiwanis Park. Before that, we planted in cups the seeds that were the winners for planting in the Hollywood rain garden. Please help your child place the cups in a sunny spot and keep watered. At the May meeting, kids can bring their cups back and we’ll see if anything grew, but we will also plant “bare roots” of the three selected flowers. We are hoping to landscape architect Shawn Sinn, who led the students in designing the garden, visit that day to help us put the plants in the best possible locations.

Please turn in your reservation forms by tomorrow. If you don’t want to bowl, people are welcome to come to bid on items, enter the raffle and socialize. The auction will be closing at about 3:30.
