2012 Love Notes Form

Hollywood Students like to find their pictures in the Hollywood School yearbook. They also love to read all the wonderful, appreciative notes family members, friends and staff write to show how much they care about our children!!

• Let them know how GREAT they are doing in school!
• Tell them how PROUD you are of an accomplishment!
• Let them know you APPRECIATE how they have helped you!
• Love Notes from other family members are gladly accepted.
• Teachers and staff love to be appreciated as well.

Each Love Note is $5.00
Make checks payable to “Hollywood School PTA”
Place Love Note(s) and payment (cash or check) in an envelope marked, “Love Notes” and place in your child’s homework folder, or send to Owen Fingerhut’s backpack in 1st grade. Questions??? Feel free to contact Nancy Bitzer (shannonbitzer@sbcglobal.net) or Rebecca Harazin (rd3543@aol.com).

All orders and payments due no later than Friday, March 23, 2012.

Nominations are being taken for the 2012-2013 PTA Board.  Names of interested individuals should be forwarded to nominating committee members Elizabeth Fragoso, Tim Leimberer, and/or Jennifer Perry, or to any member of the current PTA Board.

If you are looking for a meaningful way to help Hollywood School and your student(s) please consider being a library volunteer.

This is a very short commitment. Your child goes to the library once a week to checkout books. Grades K-3rd also hear a story. Library volunteers (K-3rd) read to the class then assist the students by helping pick out books. Finally, all volunteers assist the librarian by shelving the books returned that week. Classes meet for 30 minutes. The more volunteers we get, the better!
