Please updated your calendars! You DO have to make a lunch for tomorrow Monday, May 24th! Due to all the field trips planned for Monday, our hot lunch has been changed to Tuesday, May 25th! On the menu: Cheese Pizza and Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie.

If you ordered hot lunch, you don’t have to make a lunch for tomorrow! On the menu: Taco Nachos, Apple Sauce, Smore. Enjoy taking a break from making a lunch for Monday morning!

I’d like to thank those businesses in our community who helped support this project. Please take time to patronize Loca Mocha, To Do or Die Hair Salon, The Dinner Club, First National Bank of Brookfield & Coldwell Banker LaGrange. These businesses either sold our cookbook at their stores or sold mutliple copies to their employees. It is with their support and your purchases as well that I am proud to tell you we’ve made more than $2000 (profit) for school programs. The good news is that number will continue to grow because we still have books available. If you need a gift or would like additional copies through the summer don’t hestiate to call me.

“Wee Deliver” mail delivery is this Thursday. Wee Deliver is a program where students write, address and mail letters, cards, drawings or photos to other Hollywood students, teachers and staff. Parents can also participate by dropping of letters while visiting school, or sending with another student. The kids love to get mail from friends and family!
