The images of the pencil drawing of Hollywood School were done by Hollywood resident architect Sam Sisic. The drawing is used with permission. Here is Sam’s description of the drawing:

The drawing was done with a blue ink, Pilot Razor Point, my favorite disposable pen… I go through many of them in my daily work.
It is a freehand drawing on yellow tracing paper, also referred to as “Onion Skin”…
The original size is approximately 10″ X 14″. It was matted and framed in a simple, black 15″ X 20″ frame.
A photograph of the school, taken by one of my neighbors Tom Rozack, was used as a guide for the freehand drawing.
I was happy to donate this drawing for auction at the Hollywood PTA fund raiser last year which was a huge success!!

I would only like to see the Hollywood Community and it’s infrastructure, especially it’s Schools, continue to progress towards one of the finest Communities in the Country of which I am certain of that potential.
I am very glad to be able to contribute towards this means in any way I can.
You are most welcome!

Sam Sisic, AIA
