2009-2010 Returning Student Registration

The registration process for all District 96 families returning for the 2009-2010 school year (not including first time registration) has changed.  In the past, registration materials were mailed home in July.  This year registration information and forms are now available on the District 96 website.  Forms can be printed and then filled out or you can use your computer to fill out the forms and then print them out.  This is not an on-line registration process.  At this time we are unable to accept an electronic copy, as we are required by law to have a parent or legal guardian’s signature.

Please visit www.district96.org to access the registration forms.  Click on Resources and then on 2009-2010 Registration – Returning Student.  A completed registration form is required for each student returning for the 2009-2010 school year.

To ensure your child will be included in the class assignment, registration forms and fees are due by Wednesday, June 10.  Registration forms and school fees received after June 10th will be processed during the week of August 10, 2009 when school offices re-open after summer break.

Registration forms not received by August 10th will be considered late registration. Late registrations will only be accepted on Friday, August 14, 2009 during normal school hours.

If you have any questions or if you do not have access to the Internet please contact your school office for the forms.
