School supply kit order forms will be going home on Monday, April 28th. Orders are due in the office by 3pm on Monday, May 12th. Checks should be made payable to the Hollywood School PTA.
With every kit ordered, a $5 Target gift card will be mailed to you in the fall. Please be aware that folders in the kits are plastic folders not paper folders.
Orders will be delivered before school starts. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to help deliver kits, please contact Jennifer Perry at 387-1393 or eowynlives@comcast.net.
