the pta is looking for 2 parent volunteers from each
grade to assist teachers and kids with an exciting
cultural arts project –
the hollywood school rain
garden!
starting this month, kids from all grades will begin
to learn about, research and design a rain garden
which will be planted by the end of the school year.
the parents should be able to be in the classroom
occasionally (a schedule will be determined soon).

portion, or any phase, of this fun project.
We will have the pleasure of a performance from the 5th grade band and orchestra as well as other class presentations. Dr. Lamberson will be in attendance to discuss district issues too. Before you stop by the gym, go on over and have a delicious pancake breakfast at the Hollywood Community House. Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. until noon.
if any of the Girl Scouts are available to work a shift on Saturday at the Community House for the pancake breakfast, that would be great!
